Works Well Within it's own Ecosystem
TL;DR: I am really torn on this one. They work fine together, but lack universal pairing, which is a huge miss in a Bluetooth comm system. Manual is okay, but could be a lot better. Sound quality and wind filtering are decent.I've been using a Lexin system for a while now, and there are some shortfalls in the design of that system; mainly the mount system and wiring interface. I saw the S9 and was really hoping for similar capabilities, in a nicer mounting solution. If you've ever installed and used a helmet comm system, this is a no brainer to install. If you haven't, it's a little challenging, but still easy. The manual is very lacking here, with virtually no direction on physical installation. Long and the short, you use double sided tape, or a metal clip, to affix the base of the unit to the helmet. I chose to use the metal clip for my installs, so I could remove it easily if needed. The headphones are hardwired to the base with enough wire to make routing it through your helmet to your ear pockets pretty easy. They've included everything you need to install the headphones with velcro, into a pocket, even spacers if your ear pockets are too deep. Here is my first "con"; the microphone options are a boom mic, or a small mic on a wire. That plugs into the front of the mount block, which is okay, since that portion stays put, however I feel that the connection isn't water resistant. Moving past that, it took me 5 minutes to route the wires behind the padding of my helmet, and I was done. From there, the actual unit snaps into place on the mount block, and is honestly a really nice system for mounting it. Removing the unit for charging doesn't touch the wires at all, and while secure when mounted, is very easily removed. This is overall the best part of this system. After it was installed, I checked it out, and it was simple enough to pair, though the manual is a little lacking. I was able to pair it to a phone, and to a second unit in a different helmet with fairly minimal effort. Comms are easy to activate, and voice is clear. I noticed some echo, but it wasn't bad. Wind noise filtering it good enough, and at highway speeds I can still hear my passenger clearly. All of this, aside from the mediocre manual, is pretty good. Here is where it falls apart for me. It's a bluetooth comm system. It should talk to other bluetooth comm systems, like my Lexin does. It does not. I could not get this to talk to a Lexin unit. I could not get this to talk to a Cardo or Sena, which both support universal bluetooth for intercom. This is a major fail for me. I ride in groups, we all have different comm systems, and normally we can make it work with some fiddling. This system, nope, it would only talk to other units. There is an aux port, which in theory you can connect a PTT device, but that takes away from the concept of universal bluetooth intercom. I'm dropping 2 stars for this lack of compatibility.Cons:- Will not pair with other bluetooth systems.- Concerns about water resistance of the mic connection.- Poor manual, and online support.Pros:- Easy install.- Wonderful mounting system.- Decent wind filtering, and sound quality.- Voice prompts are nice, almost playful. If you're staying within this ecosystem, and do not need universal pairing, this is a pretty good system. If you need universal pairing, this isn't the system for you.

You actually get two; great value and excellent wind noise cancellation
NOTE: While not listed, this is actually a two-pack of headsets, which is why the cost seems expensive.I own several motorcycle Bluetooth headsets, including another of this exact pair. I have been able to pair these headsets with other brands, with great success, but connecting them to other S9 units does offer a wider feature set and greater range.I like the look of this headset and the button layout is easy to access. There are loads of accessories included with this kit, including stereo speakers (earphones) and two mic styles. Of course, you get double of each since you get two headphones.Mounting can be done via a clip or adhesive pads. Most helmets should accommodate this just fine, but you might have some trouble finding adequate space if you have a side-mounted helmet, unless you're ok swapping sides. These headsets support all the features you'd expect, including voice calling, listening to music, voice assistant, and intercom (up to 8 riders, but they need to be using the same system).Voice and sound quality are on part with my other device, that is to say, they are acceptable for a motorcycle headset but they won't blow your mind. With that said, it does an excellent job with cutting wind noise, and even when testing with phone calls where I was the receiver, I can't tell that the other rider is getting blasted by the wind! I should point out that I mount these with the mic inside the helmet since that works best with our hybrid helmets, so I can't say how well it would work with the mic mounted "exposed" (i.e. on a half-helmet).The range is quite acceptable, and the more units you have connected in an intercom mesh, the greater the range.I've been able to measure at least 150m range with a line of sight, but it cuts off sharply once you use sight. The battery life is impressive with up to 18 hours of talk time (less if you are listening to music) and a very fast 2h charge. So far, we've had fun using these headsets on rides.

Very Disappointed in quality
Very sad to say this because I Was super excited about these. Unfortunately, I'd value these at less than half the asking price. The speakers seem like they came off those free headphones you'd get on an airplane or a walkman from the 80s. Sound quality is garbage. Better than nothing but these need to be upgraded. there are multiple mounting options which are good cause the clip-on option doesn't work. When you're talking to people it sounds like your using an old walkie-talky. If you're into retro sound then maybe these can be for you?

Very Good Connection and Sound Quality for the Price
These SCSETC two-unit bike headsets are easy to install, operate and have pretty good audio quality. They come equipped with sturdy metal clips that attach to any motorcycle helmet. The unit is very small and lightweight so you quickly forget you're even having them on.The sound quality is pretty good for such small units. The volume on is loud and I can clearly hear the sound, even in moderately noisy city road conditions. The connection is steady without any major interruptions. This will be a very good unit for touring trips, and I like that it can connect with up to six more units. Battery life is another plus as it can give me up to 15 hours of use, which I found to be accurate. On the downside, the noise cancellation is not that great, especially in noisier city conditions with a lot of traffic. Also, the instructions are poorly written and not detailed enough to help with some of the functions. But overall, the headset performs well where it counts the most and sells for a reasonable price compared to many others. It's a solid choice for any rider. Full marks from me!

Sound is okay
Setup is typical for any helmet headset, takes a while to plan out , remove the padding and test fit for the most comfortable placement. I used this two pack for my wife and my helmets, hers is a full face and mine is a full face modular helmet. Her setup was much simpler for the microphone, mine took some figuring out on best placement since there are alot of moving parts inside my helmet. The sound itself is about average for these headsets, very little bass at all, but clear mids and highs.. They are a bit tinny sounding but that is expected considering they are going inside a helmet and not a around ear headphone set.The connection was super simple to setup and the noise cancelling between users microphones is very good, much better than my old one which was much more expensive.Overall im very happy with the headsets and my wife is happy to have one now too. Downside is she can now yell at me for driving too fast as well as the usual slap.
