A good Drone for starting out, or training drone before spending big money. In my opinion great value for money, instructions were simple enough to follow.The take-off and landing feature makes it really easy to get flying. Very responsive, good speeds which are easy to change. It is however, very light weight and so easily affected by wind and rain.Flying time is about 20mins total but this will vary depending on how much you use the camera etc.The 1080 HD camera is not 1080p to say the least. Controlled flying will take some practise; the drone is very light and very susceptible to any breeze. Can be flown indoor but be careful.A great value purchase as a starter or training drone. An ideal gift for a teenager keen to start flying drones.

The media could not be loaded.  Good value for the money, but does have some minor issues.Video quality is what I would expect for this kind of money, little bit disappointed with the distance that the wireless connection to the drone will work for capturing video, much more than 10 metres away and it won't be recording.Drone is a lot tougher than it looks, has survived a couple of spectacular crashes (100% pilot error)Battery life is around 10 - 15 minutes on a full charge, and you get two batteries with this drone.Build quality is better than I was expecting at this price point.Would have been a 5* review if the wireless worked further than it did, but all round very impressed with it.Video uploaded taken from drone as I've seen many videos uploaded, but couldn't see any taken from the drone.Please note that the videos have no sound (you would only here the buzz of the drone if it did record sound)

For a first drone its decent but there are a few problems with it such as poor quality videos/photos the silver caps to cover the screws keep popping off at the slightest knock hence why you get spares of caps the propeller guards don't actually work fully which you can tell from propeller scrapes and I'm sure that the batteries could be made to last longer given the technology today instead of cost cutting for weaker ones but otherwise if you want a cheap don't mind damaging drone then go for it

So I only managed to get out a couple of times due to bad weather.However, myself and 2 kids (9 and 7) had great fun with this drone.Firstly the not so great bits, setup/user manual is vague at best.You need to go into your WiFi networks and click on the drone name which will be random numbers and letters. Then follow the setup from the help screen on the app.Good bits, battery life seems good (15-20 mins) and you get 2, you might get longer if you don't mess about with the camera. My son clicked on the video option and I suspect this drained it abit.The range is good, I got it out to about 130/140 meters but beware you will need to go and get it.Vertically, it was abit windy but still had control at about 30 meters.Summary, great drone for close use (50m). Easy to handle, if a 7 year old can then anyone can. Very light weight and compact. The feel of the controller is abit cheap (loose buttons) but doesn't effect anything.The app/setup could do with some improvements but I suspect this will be updated over time.

Package arrived a day late (paid for and was within time for next day delivery) Item was packaged ok and first looks were fine. Seemed sturdy in the important areas. Handset wont take a later iphone with any case on and only then the top buttons are obscured. Other phones may be ok. Charged the first battery and plugged in the second. Would not accept charge at all. No lights nothing. Dragon Touch were very quick to respond and informed me that they DO NOT stock or sell spare batteries. They did however offer me a 10% refund. Ermmm no thanks lol. Amazon gave me a full refund once all goods are returned. Battery looks to be poorly made with a dry solder the likely culprit. Having seen and flown the drone today prior to the 2nd battery going defunct I can honestly say I was not over joyed with it and I would encourage others to save a bit more and get a proper job. Item is not worth the £80 imo, if you want to just mess around go cheaper. Flight was ok. Unstable on hover on a windless day Fine tuning with short stop button press and direction knobs did not sort it out. Beware of the no spares issue. It wont last you long and you cannot buy replacement parts.

After having bought a couple of similar priced drones in the past, so I could have a go at learning to fly one of these cool things, I have to say I was disappointed with them all until this Dragon Touch one. The 'Dragon Touch' drone was absolutely brilliant straight out of the box.It is so easy to fly and so stable. The controller has in my opinion near perfect linear, sensitive but not erratic or stepped glitchy controls like the others I have tried, and for the price it destroys anything I have tried before.The camera is great and so clear when viewing on your smartphone, which is really easy to connect.The instructions are a breath of fresh air after some of the things I've seen before where you need a translator to understand, these are very clear and easy to understand, and in 4 other european languages also.The drone came with spare props and screw cap covers and also a second battery which is a godsend when your kids wont let you have a go!All in all, a brilliant little drone and I would recommend to anyone of any age, great fun!
