Silenx IXP-54-14T iXtrema Pro 80mm x 25mm "Silent" Temperature Controlled FAN

I purchased two of these and they are identical. Do not expect the full SilenX experience though. The Silicone Vibration Dampeners which minimize vibration from the fan are not included. These dampeners secure the fan to the case instead of screws preventing unwanted “rattling” noise; every SilenX fan I have ever purchased came with them (I have included a Photo of what all SilenX fans usually come with). The fan blades also appear to have strange scraping marks on them (See Photo). I have had dozens of these fans and have never seen this before. It makes me wonder how "New" these fans are. Since my time is worth more than these fans and they run for the most part I’ll just replace them soon instead of returning them.
