Well, I got turned on to this through my teacher. I take night classes and drive a couple of hours 3 days a week and this tea helps me a lot. I brought the milk frother for mixing it, the brush was overrated. This will not keep you awake if your tired. It boosts the energy that you already have and clears up that fogginess that you might experience throughout the day. I prefer the Daily Zen, it is the only one I found that doesn't make me jittery. The way I use this is after a light breakfast, I put a 1/2 tsp in about 4oz of room temp or cold water and drink in 10 mins or less. I get the clarity which leads to some motivation to handle my school day. However, I did give this 4 stars because of the length of time it doesn't last. This stuff is expensive, and does not last the 2-3 months like it says it does on the label. I'd be happy if this last 1 month for me. But I try to lessen the times I use it to make it last longer. I can't afford to buy this every month, so I brought the 100g container this last time. Opened it on the 7 of Nov. Off from school for 2 weeks, so I am going to vegetate doing my time off, then I'll get back in routine again. I'll update when it's finished.

I love this Matcha! I researched for over a month before I decided on this brand. The detailed instructions were emailed to me a day before I received it in the mail. The instructions were the most detailed instructions I have ever received from a product I had purchased on Amazon. The tea is bright green and the packaging was perfect. I am on cloud nine with this Matcha powder. If I could give it six stars in would!

Excellent product in a fine ground mix. There is plenty of Matcha powder packed in this little can to last me very long time, and I use it in my fruit smoothies every morning. By itself, the Matcha powder has a healthy, but green grassy tea flavor, which I do not prefer so I mix this little powerhouse in with fresh fruit and it's wonderful. I have tried other Matcha tea's yet I did not feel that I was getting enough of Matcha antioxidant goodness and this product delivers all the benefits I was hoping for. I am very happy with this product!

Great! I love drinking this as tea with some honey. I also made these delicious ginger cookes with matcha butter cream frosting inside. Can't wait to experiment with more recipes! I know that some people are specific about the taste of their matcha, but I'm not usually a picky eater and definitely not a connoisseur in this area, but this worked well for me.

It is very good - had to experiment a little - but your suggestions are helpful also.

Tastes great, however, I think you would have to invest in a tea set to whisk properly.
