I bought these to supplement my furnace but ended up using them to filter wildfire smoke from canada. They worked great! When I put them together to make a frame with a box fan and duct tape to filter air in my house, the smell of smoke was gone within minutes.

I find that MERV 8 gives me a bit more airflow than MERV 13 and I'm willing to give up a bit of filtering. These filters are excellent value for money and very well made. No concerns.

The case of furnace filters arrived quickly and in perfect condition. These filters are just as well made as the slightly more expensive ones I have used for the last 7 years.

Continue to re-purchase these and replace monthly. Works great and amazing deal for the price compared to big box stores. The box is obviously big so make sure you have space.On the few occasions I go more than a month, I do feel the dust/dirt/etc is well caught by the filter.We use double filters, on the return (return boxes) and then these for the hvac blower unit and the dust in our home is very minimal.

This filter fits well and is pretty sturdy. Depending on your unit, installation is straightforward. Seems pricy, for sure, but in line with other brands.
