Bought more of these. The first time I purchased them was to replace old gate “clicker” that was the size of an old TV remote. They fit perfectly in a console. This time around I bought them so I can wear them on the inside of my moto jacket (Velcro in a breast pocket) and just press the button and pretend I’m like Diabolik entering their secret lair.Some people have complained that they stopped working after a time - I only experienced this once. It was after one took a hard drop from some second story steps. The impact when it dropped, jostled one of the little tabs into a neutral position. It was an easy fix.

I use these for my gated community's entrance. They can transmit from at least 70 feet away (the distance from where I turn the corner to the gate).

I bought this pair of remotes to be back-ups for the remote garage opener I've been using for 10+ years. They were described as direct replacements for my unit, and the price was attractive. The first problem I ran into was in opening them up to set the code. Unlike the original unit, these require a tiny Phillip's head screwdriver. Fortunately I had one, and I quickly duplicated the code from old unit to the new one using the 10 small dip switches. It didn't work. After consulting the instruction sheet, I reversed the position of each switch. It didn't work. Finally, after exhausting all the suggestions on the instruction sheet without success, I concluded that these remotes are NOT a direct replacement for my unit as stated in the listing. Moreover, that nearly microscopic screw, once removed and reinserted, cannot come out again. It seems they used either the cheapest metal on the planet, or the weakest plastic. Very frustrating, very CHEAPLY-MADE product that is going back to Amazon first thing in the morning.

They are nice but I can not program to my door lost old remotes trying to figure it out

i love the remote control. It just does't hold up--doesn't last long. somewhat hard to program when one is not very smart

This is an absolute must have if you have a gate it’s easy to carry around. It’s not heavy and it’s ready to use.

No problem with compatibility. Two educated persons tried to set up the dip switches based upon the directions and could not get them to work. I had them reverse the initial setup and it worked great. Suggest that the technical writer for the instructions re-evaluate them.

I've bought many of these gate openers from other sellers because I manage apartment buildings, so I'm very aware of how to properly set them up and the type of remotes I need to buy. Upon opening, I noticed 2 of the openers wre missing the rubber buttons (I figured it was fine since they should still work without them) but then the first 3 didn't work. The last one it appears that the screw has been stripped and I couldn't even get the screw out to open it up (if the others had worked, I would have put more effort into opening it but why bother if 3 of the 4 already didn't work). I set them to match the dips on my current remote and then tried opposite directions (as this is the instructions for troubleshooting)Alas, they do not work. The light comes on, so I know it's not a battery issue. I would like to mention that in the photo of the listing, the inside of the remote looks exactly like my current (working) remote, however the inside of these remotes are different. I'm returning these and purchasing them from a different seller and I definitely recommend you do the same so you don't have to waste your time like I did.

tienes que poner el codigo revertido y funciona. Al menos para mi funciono.....ya estaba por devolver el producto y lo intente con el codigo invertido y funciono......funciona muy bien.

Easy to programming but the remote control coverage is only around two or three meters away.

Compre dos y unos no funcionó desde que lo desempaque y el segundo un par de dias después.
