Q: Would this be suitable for a teenagers bedroom. I.e. noise, privacy etc

Not good for stopping noise and not lockable. A cheap solid door would be a better option.

Q: What size does each panel have? I need to bring this to a doorway that is 61cm wide.

It’s all about fitting the frame first, then cutting the slats to length. I took each slat apart by sliding out, then cutting so slat is just off floor. Good luck
