Okay but Not aged long enough
Not very sharp when delivered. Age the cheese for a month or more. Cheese will harden a bit and become sharper.

I bought this gift for my dad who used to receive cheese gift packages from his family in Italy. Sadly he no longer receives them as his elder family in Italy is no longer with us. He says this is the closest thing he has ever had to what his relatives would send him. He was so happy. He ranted and raved about it and ate every crumb! I will be purchasing this again in the future for sure! He even saved me a piece and it was delicious!
