Terrible Instructions but Great Product
If you can get the thing built, then you’re going to love it. Packaging was tight, efficient, and compact. The instructions basically just said “stick the sticks together, put the sheets on the sticks, add wheels and you’re done”. I had to rebuild it 3 times before getting it right.BUILDING TIP: (4 tier)When attaching the corner sticks together don’t listen to the instruction’s “bottom, middle, and top” specs. If you can screw into one side that’s the bottom. If the tube has extra holes on the side, pay attention to where they are and their orientation since those are for the guide rods.Try to plan it out so the spring loaded nubs that connect the tubes together are on the inside of the rack not facing away and sticking out.Other than building it this thing is pretty sturdy and does it’s job. The wheels are pretty cheap but I don’t need them on carpet anyway.

Decent shelf with a few caveats
Bought this to hold some stuff for our small apartment. It looked sturdy and we thought the size was perfect for our needs because it fit a microwave. However, upon arrival there are a few things that other potential buyers should be aware of that weren't advertised in the page:1) The pictures are slightly misleading. The height is actually 61 inches (see picture) vs. 53.2 inches as advertised at time of purchase. We bought it for its specific dimensions so had to work around the taller height. Also the pictures show every shelf can be assembled to the same size, but based on how the poles are designed this isn't possible (either top or bottom shelf will be shorter).2) The shelves sit on top of each other but there's nothing to actually lock them in place. Makes me worry about the long term stability.3) Only two wheels have locks and you can't use a combination of wheels and rubber pads. Our apartment floor where this shelf stands is slightly tilted so locked wheels was a requirement. Also after assembly we were still able to move the shelf around with the wheels locked, albeit with some resistance. It works fine now but again we're worried about the longevity of this.Overall the shelf is fine but it would have been good to know about these issues before.

Decent quality and pretty good for the price.
This is a decent quality seems to hold up well and looks pretty good. I'm satisfied with the design and look. I'm using it to put all my appliances since I have a small kitchen counter space. My only complaint is that some of the poles we missing the stickers and one poll didn't match one side so I had to drill a new hole to get one of the poles to line up correctly.

5 tier utility Shelf
I did think it was on the pricey side a little bit and it was a little less sturdy than what I expected but it was okay to assemble and moving it around I do like the fact that it came with both the stands and wheels so you could have a choice what you would like to use and when that was a good idea I will be happy with the merchandise and I hope that it lasts is me a long time shelves were a little bit flimsy than expected them to be a little more sturdy also I hope this is helpful to other buyers for people that consider to buy

I use this in my bedroom.
This cleared up a lot of space in my room. The instructions aren’t wrong or difficult. Just look at the picture on the opposite side of the directions and you’ll see the location where all of the lettered poles should be connected. I put it together myself, but it would make it a lot easier to have a second person to hold the trays when putting in the screws.

Sturdy storage
Our family accumulated a half dozen or more of these over the past several years and have managed to get the larger wheels for most of them. Wish they just came with those, as it makes a big difference in ease of rolling them around when loaded. The smiles on the faces of the movers last year when I showed them how to fold one up were priceless. So when we got to the new place, with it’s sometimes leaky basement, they were happy to set them up so as to not put things on the floor.

Instructions are horrible but the product is amazing.
Just like the title says. The instructions were completely wrong. The part that says should be in the middle actually needed to be on top and the parts were named wrong etc etc. once I figured out how to put it together it turned out great and is super sturdy. Other than the instructions I have no complaints.
