Bought it for gym and giving the review for gym puropose only.1. The cloth material is just ok but not very comfortable. It is more on polyester side but i think it justify the price.2. Buy one size up according to your chest. My chest is 38" so went for large and fitted me best3. It donot absorbs sweat to the extent that a cotton vest can but it is quite open so breathable. Always try to get you a loose fit because it may look bad if you get yourself a tight fit.
