It kept slipping off my patella. For me, it was not effective. It may be different for you. Good velcro, and good price, though.

Si funcionan y son ideales para ir a laOficina bajo el pantalón. Ayudan con el apoyo del peso a la rodilla, pero no si ya tienes un problema.

Cómodas , ajustan bien, y el velcro está forrado de la orilla y eso hace que no pellizque por la parte de atrás como otras rodilleras que su velcro no está forrado... me encantaron ..
