Tore my Achilles two years ago and this sleeve is the ONLY reason I’ve been able to get back into running and working out regularly without pain. I love the fit. Very snug and comfortable without cutting off circulation. I’m a shoe size 12 and purchased a large. I typically wear it with a compression sock underneath for added compression but it’s definitely not necessary. I’m just very paranoid about re-injury (personal problem). My favorite part of the sleeve is the padding. It allows me to move freely without being worried about hitting the area or being accidentally kicked (once again, very paranoid lol). Just beware, I would advise against machine washing. Overall, 10/10 highly recommend!

The quality, stretch and compression is great. I didn't get much use of it due to my injury but while I used it I found it very comfortable to wear and I have fat ankles.

It would have been a whole lot better if you didn't tear the achilles tendon more just trying to get the thing on. Way too tight, very difficult to get over the heel. 40 minutes later, Im cutting it off, as my foot is so swollen from lack of circulation, and cannot pull it off... (yes, I used the size guideline). I don't have money to waste, (and this was a waste)

I’ve recently injured my Achilles and this has been the ONLY thing that helps. The supports are really helpful. I’m pretty gentle on them since I feel like I’m going to rip them out every time I slide this on. But so far over the last month or so they’ve held up. Best support I’ve found. It’s also a nice compression sleeve and ankle support, but I don’t really need those for my use case. It’s nice though. I’d love this more if it was a Velcro closed wrap instead of a slip on sleeve, but it isn’t, so I’m happy with this version.

I ordered the M size as my shoe size is 9. Could not get sleeve past toes. I returned it for L size. Hope the new sleeve fits. Order the sizes larger than you normally would.

Have an old achilles injury that I aggravated playing tennis because I'm O3 (old, out-of-shape, and overweight). After letting it calm down, I started playing again and the pain came right back. Then, I started wearing this to play tennis. Played two hours last night with no pain. Love the results (or lack thereof)! Fits true to size. See the Q&A for size info. I have three different achilles compression products, including the sister product to this item. This product is the best for me for both comfort and results.

If you have a strained or partially torn Achilles from Deadlifts, this is the item to get. I have never been able to find something like this in stores.On your Achilles, the two pad apply pressure on the sides, which is what you want. You do not want to cut off circulation, and if you do not have any other ankle issues, other supports apply pressure to the top or lateral or medial sides of the ankle/foot.The size chart is true to shoe size. You can wear it over socks or without socks. You can size down but I would recommend you get your shoe size and then wrap with medical tape to increase pressure if required.I will buy again not that I have found it.

I’m one that keeps holding out on the surgery. Been trying to find the perfect brace. This is it. I’m here to order two more.
