ACETAIA MALPIGHI BALSAMO of Modena Gold

This has become a family favorite, I have tried many different brands of balsamic and this is one of the best and the price can't be beat for the quality!

The reviews (on Amazon, New York Times, etc.) for this balsamic are generally on point. This is the highest quality balsamic vinegar you'll get at this price point, and we love it in our house. Brightens up salads. I love to sprinkle a little on fresh tomato slices, topped with a bit of pepper and truffle salt. But I do agree with some reviewers that the flavor profile is a tad sweet. Also thicker than expected. These are small complaints and overall I'm very happy with this purchase. I look forward to pouring it on ice cream.

Superb taste.This “American version” has the same consistency (thicker than some others but not too thick) and wonderful taste of the Italian version we originally tried.For Caprese (tomato and buffalo mozzerella salad), grilled chicken breast (pounded thin), and many other uses.An outstanding aceto balsamico.
