Crystal Chandelier Pendant Light Fixture 7-Light 4-Tier Brown Chandeliers for Dining Room,Bedroom Chandelier,Entryway Chandelier,Living Room-D21

To start, I have purchased 3 of these chandeliers in different colors and sizes. The first one, the gold, is a good choice. I use Philips Hue candelabra bulbs for the dimmable feature. I subtracted a star because on the gold, unlike the brown and black, it has a film cover and in a few spots it has some bubbles. They are small and not noticable but they may or may not increase. It's not a deal breaker at all. Installation was standard, took about an hour each, very straightforward. You can do it yourself with basic understanding of electronic wiring. The crystals on the other hand are a whole other thing. Took almost 2 hours to put those up, 2.5 hours for the larger one. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would buy again if the need arose. I've been looking for a RH chandelier dupe and this does it! The price is affordable and its super easy to install which I did all by myself!! The instructions are ok but I've watched a few videos and able to figure it out just fine. My biggest suggestion would be once you've figured out the height of your chandelier and are about to cut your wires is to give yourself enough slack and when you separate the "Neutral- N" and your "Live-L" wire.... push up the identifing stickers so you can keep track of which wire is which. If not, you'll be guessing and have to do extra work to rewire if you mix them up. It was packaged very well and I had no broken crystals. I also had 10-15 extra crystals which was nice. I will say the most time consuming part was hanging the individual crystals themselves so if you can get an extra hand that would speed up the process. Overall, I am absolutely in love with my new chandelier and can't wait to have guests over for dinner parties!

We are very happy with the way the chandelier looks and the quality. We looked at literally hundreds of options before picking this one. Our other choice was nearly the exact design, but cost a thousand dollars more. Value for money is really good and it looks like a high-end piece. Good quality frame, relatively easy to put together despite all the parts, and looks great with 60W equivalent LED's on a dimmer. Comes with everything you need for assembly, even a white glove so you won't get fingerprints on the crystal pieces. We love it!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the 24 inch round. Everyone who enters my home commit on the beauty of my chandelier. It add the right about of texture to the space. I’m a 40+ y/o woman and I installed it by myself within 20 mins. It is standard electrical wiring. First, install the light fixture, then add all the crystals. It is very heavy once all crystals are installed. Adding all the individual crystals took approx 2 hrs. Once you get into a routine, it goes much faster.

Problem: The product description on the seller's Amazon page is as shown:"Crystal Chandelier Modern Luxury Pendant 7-Tier 31" Ceiling Lights Fixture for Dining Room, Living Room, Foyer Chandeliers Lighting (Oil Brown)"I purchased this chandelier specifically because the description stated that it was a seven tier light. I unboxed it and was over 1 1/2 hours into the assembly process before I noticed the light only had six tiers. I'm too far along in the assembly process to stop now and I don't want the hassle of repacking everything in order to return it. The light frame is sturdy and the crystal looks to be high quality as described. It will probably look nice once it is completely assembled and hung up. But it's not 7 tier so I dropped the seller rating to four stars.

The chandelier is absolutely stunning

The chandeliers came with orange cables!!!It’s not black, as shown in the photos. I ordered two of them. My ceilings are 22 feet so this orange cable will be throughout the whole room. I already lost $550 in installation deposit and ladder rental. Seller did not answer to exchange right away. Later on, seller was negotiating, first, offering me to keep one of the item to make it up for my lost deposit and eventually paying someone to change the cables. 5 minutes later they sent me another message offering me $350 refund. These are high end items each cost $1000. They are absolutely false advertised. The cable is 102 inch length which is a lot of orange color. One of the items was missing the chain. Which is less of an issues since it’s a standard one and it can be found everywhere. The seller is not handling the issue in a proper way. They admitted it’s was a mistake on their side, and yet are not handling this in a proper way. I will be reporting them to Amazon.P.S the Chandelier’s Crystal is K9 glass and it has a good shine as well as quality.I wish the product was as advertised and their customer service was handling the issues more accurately.

It looks very beautiful in our living room. It took some time to assemble especially the crystals but worth it. Quality is good and sturdy, and they were thoughtful to provide extra crystals and pins. Overall very impressed with the purchase.
