Got this for my hubby who has been dealing with cervical disc issues in hopes that it would keep his posture correct while sitting at his desk. He's 6'2", 205lbs, with a muscular build. He could not get this on by himself. After some assistance, I could see how this can be beneficial if you're a smaller framed person. It pulls your shoulders back & keeps you from hunching over - which we all tend to do from time to time. It's not really comfortable for long term wear of more than an hour, max. The straps go right under your pits & tend to dig in a bit. I don't recommend this as it's just uncomfortable after a little while, and you won't want to wear it after it irritates your pit skin.

It is definitely big enough and I don’t find it to be too difficult to take on and off but once you put it in and tighten the straps to actually do what it’s supposed to, it becomes uncomfortable and rides up into my arm pits which tickles and I hate that. The quality is nice but that doesn’t matter if you don’t want to wear it. I needed something because my doc thanks my clavicle is slightly displaced and I thought this would work to help keep me back straight and my shoulders from hunching but it’s too uncomfortable to wear.

It’s not the greatest and it’s really a pain to put on honestly. I didn’t feel much of a difference when I had it on just felt like an uncomfortable backpack. It needs maybe a bottom strap for more support.

It's comfortable, but I wouldn't want to wear it in public.This brace puts pressure right where I need it and was recommended by my chiropractor, who I visit every few months. So far, so good. Hopefully this will mean longer times between visits.
