As good as any other scrum cap I’ve worn for rugby and a lot less expensive. Fully adjustable for a good fit.

Great for Flag Football
This helmet saved my kids skull from at least a few bumps the past few seasons of flag football. He is the only kid wearing it in the league but we have seen so many kids go head to head and end up hurt it is only wise to pay a little money to lessen the risk of your kid suffering an injury to their skull.
