We bought 2 of these for our kitchen cabinet which stores medications. Our foster care license requires medications be locked up. With my history of loosing keys, I knew keyless was the only way to go! My 9 year old son read the instructions and programed them for us! They work great! I did need to buy an offset cam from another lock kit to make it work (spindle wasn't long enough). It also requires drilling 2 holes each in the cabinet door. Great product! I can also leave them unlocked when we don't have a foster care placement!

Love the small size. Easy to program and pretty easy to install. Mounted to an ikea cabinet we are using for medication and other things kids should not get into (if we don't lock up the cough drops they eat them like candy). Actually mounted on the side of the cabinet (there was a mirror on the front). I did have to buy a post office box / locker lock set to get the catch/latch that could be installed perpendicular.

Love these locks! I bought 8 of them now. I have disabled children and these locks are great for locking up cabinets draws for med, knives or what ever you don't want anyone to get into. Also a great idea for foster homes and care homes. A must for safety and peace of mind! Thanks for a wonderful product.

This is an excellent lock for securing cabinets. It comes which many variations of the locking latch so it appears that it will fit many types of cabinets. I'm using it for my liquor cabinet. Found out about this at my local hospital. It uses then on cabinets in the emergency room.

I am satisfied with the product. My cabinet is easy to lock and open. Most of all it is secured.

My company got more than a hundred of these for our Medical Treatment rooms (to lock our medication cabinets) We've had failures where the 9 volt battery emergency power trick doesn't help to open the lock. Our carpenters had to be called and the lock drilled. As soon as they opened them, I fiddle with the failed lock remove the full charged batteries and it started working again!!!! unfortunately there is no use for it anymore because the mechanism was drilled. I called the company to request reimbursement as they are not cheap. They request for the lock to be sent to them to see if it is battery failure or lock failure. It is useless to send the broken one because it is working after "complete death" failure!! So, they are going to say we didn't know how to troubleshoot them or as one tech told me: if the battery is too old it won't react to the 9 volt battery. Well, I tried it without a single battery and it worked so the tech was lying to me.That is hundreds of dollars down the drain people.

Had to lock up the meds in my house. What a fantastic locking latch. Loads of code options too. I would definitely by this latch again.
