This clock is even more beautiful in person. The workmanship of the wooden cabinet is outstanding. The recording of the Westminster Chimes sounds excellent and I appreciate being able to adjust the volume. So far, after a month, as expected with quartz movement, the time keeping has been perfectly accurate.The seller I worked with through Amazon, Willy's Clocks, couldn't have been more responsive.The oak finish was accidentally sent to me (so I can attest to its beauty as well) and he quickly and courteously rectified the situation. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Clock looks great and keeps good time but the chimes don't work.

I searched high and low and decided on this particular mantle clock. It is a spectacular addition to our family room as it sits atop a large wall unit.It has a quiet movement, keeps accurate time, chimes at adjustable volume, and looks GREAT!
