I really like this waist trimmer. It is very comfortable and definitely makes me sweat. tmThe best part is I dont feel like I'm getting sweaty (cant tell until I take it off). and it stays put. I'm also very hot natured and worried this would drive me crazy, but I don't feel hot in it at all. I also have some back issues and feel this gives me a little extra support. It's not like a brace (then it would be uncomfortable!) But it gives me a little support. Thanks!

Love it, really gives you a sweat, bought the thigh and arm trimmers too. They work great. Lost inches off my thighs. I gave it a 4 because it doesn't fit hour glass, it fits boxy underneath clothes. I have an hourglass shape and othe waist trainers, it's not me. I think it should be able to pull more snug, unless it's too big already. I ordered a medium. :However, dont let this deter you it sweats off the midsection big. Love it. Update: After looking at the pics good, it's supposed to fit boxy. 5 stars.

I actually really like this belt...it is supportive & really makes my midsection sweat. I got this size because I have a very pendulus tummy (it hangs to my thighs) & makes my "hip" measurement about 50in. My waist at my belly button is 37in. This is still pretty darn big, even wearing it down on my hips to support my tummy. I should have gotten a size or 2 smaller. I also wish it was about twice as wide...as it is, I'm wearing 2 different belts to cover my hips to just under my ribs.TL;DR - too big for 50in hips...get a size smaller than you think you'll need. Great swet & great support. Too short if you have a long torso.

I just started using this waist trimmer a few weeks ago. It’s very comfortable and doesn’t roll up or move during my high impact exercises. It has great quality material and makes me sweat through out my workouts. I like that it pushes my stomach in and I feel that I have lost inches with exercising and watching what I eat. I purchased this item from this company because they stand by their product and I love companies that do just that because if you run into any problems they will take care of you with their 💯 satisfaction guaranteed.

It makes you sweat but it’s hard to get on tight and it’s only tight in the middle the top and bottom are really loose so kinda takes down the quality for use.

I love my TNT waist trainer so far! It really does help me sweat...a lot and it's surprisingly comfortable and it stays in place and doesn't move around while I workout. I'm also very pleased that it doesn't irritate my skin at all. I have issues with eczema and I was concerned that the neoprene might be an issue for my skin but it isn't at all! I'm very pleased with my purchase so far!

So I’ve been buying these for years. They always have held up to me lifting weights, however something has changed. I believe they must have switched materials because the quality is horrible. The Velcro stopped sticking after a month. Go back to previous materials or I’ll never buy another one. Having to wear a different brand over it to keep it in place. D-There are a lot of these types of supports out on the market but this is my favorite. Many of them ride up and end up being a corset around your waist. This one is wider so it stays in place. I can wear it for hours and it never binds or pinched me.
