The only problem was the lid was a bit loose, but they provided what I think was a type of glue. My mother-in-law loved coming to our house and watching the birds. Especially the humming birds. It was very pretty the picture didn't do it justice. So grandma proudly sits on our dresser next to her late husband.

Colors much prettier than picture indicates. Exactly what I wanted. I called to ensure I could receive it in time. The lady who answered was so helpful, and helped me with measurements, etc. I paid for the extra rush shipping, and it still got there in record time. Very glad I made this choice for my mom.

As advertised, beautiful urn. The lid doe NOT attached in any way to the urn itself. I had to use E6000 glue to secure and seal the lid. Not sure it warrants the price as there is nothing outstanding to justify $200 in my opinion.
