I've been lifting for 15+ years, and this is hands down the best pre-work out I've had. Been taking consistently for 3+ years. Every flavor I've had tastes great. Of course if you go over 1 scoop you'll get jitters, as with majority of pwo's. Plenty of focus and energy to keep you going throughout the workout! The creatine extra is a nice boost too. All depends on your workout goals. I would cycle on and off with creatine as you do retain water weight a little with creatine if you weren't sure, but you will lift a little more too.

This preworkout packs a punch so ease into it if it's your first time

I've purchased GAT's Nitraflex for many years and loved it. I was looking for my next preworkout that had creatine and came across this (didn't know it was released). I actually nearly didn't purchase this because of the reviews here complaining about formulas and complaining about missing energy ingredients.That said I'm glad I purchased this as it has really helped with my workouts in terms of focus and intensity - and the creatine helps with strength and endurance for sure! GAT is quality stuff and while this is a little expensive for my liking, it is a really great product.The only "drawback" is that it keeps me awake and I have a really high tolerance to stims/caffeine. So, just make sure if that could be an issue with your schedule that you consider it.If it were $35 this would be my go-to preworkout all the time.

Love the pump workout this gives me! Will continue to buy! I only take 75% of a scoop, and that seems to do it.

One of my all time favorite pre workout supplements. With the added creatine, it does very well to make me feel fuller and stronger in the gym.This pre-workout did however began to give me stomach pain after using it without taking a break. 2 bottles.

Nitraflex is hands down the best pre-work that I have tried. And this new flavor is amazing!
