These scrubbers are very good. If your used to a Brillo pad this will change your world.I use them with dish soap for stuck on messes and bar keepers friend for deep cleaning things like my steel pans and the outside of my pots. They don’t break down quickly but they do leave a metallic smell on your hands. Wearing a rubber glove is a good idea

These are made kind of like a sweet roll. With hard scrubbing the interior of this coil tends to pull out and you'll end up with kind of a strip of stainless. I've tried to keep this in mind and turn the scrubber as I use it to kind of help push it all together.Overall, these don't feel quite as heavy-duty as the ones I used years ago (from SOS I think), but I have a dozen so I figure they'll last me for several years. No rusting problems. I use these to scrub stubborn utensils or the sink and sitting in a tray and with FL water no corrosion to speak of yet (been a few weeks).I actually got these to scrub burnt on stuff from my cast iron (no soap). I think they may be a little aggressive for that but with minimal pressure might be OK.

Can’t believe how well and how long they last

These are about as big as a baseball. They are twice the diameter of the old store bought ones I've used. The thickness of the stainless used is much larger than the old store bought ones. They are definitely industrial duty. I just got mine today so I can't say for sure how long they will last, but the bag of 12 will keep me happy. If they last too long I may have to use them as stocking stuffers :) And they won't ever rust. No one makes a better stainless scrubber, I've looked around and these are impressive.

BEST BUY LAST A WHILE.

These things are much thicker that I thought they would be. A bag of 12 will last us a couple of years at least. Because they are so big, the steel fibers come unwound and uniformed ball it once was, is no more. However you can easily cut them in half so there is not so much to control while scrubbing.While these are great, the steel fibers are still not as wide/thick as was I was looking for. The scrubber on the right is one we've had for over a year. The strands are about twice as thick as this new set. I haven't found another scrubber like it. I don't even remember where we bought it, but I use it to scrub burnt on stuff off of cast iron pans. The new set works too, it's just not as heavy duty & abrasive. Regardless, much much better than anything you're going to find in any grocery store!

These are the best stainless steel scrubbers for mouse-proofing openings in your floors or walls. I stuffed them into large openings under my coal chutes, and around pipes and wires that came through large gaps in the floor. They are much better than steel wool because, being stainless steel, they do not rust and disintegrate into powder.The scrubbers can be untwisted simply by pulling on them, so you end up with a long mass of coiled stainless steel that can be as thin as you need it to be. Be careful not to pull hard against a single strand, though, or it will cut you! I found it easy to cut it to length with a pair of scissors. Save some clean-up by holding the length you are cutting over a wastebasket or piece of newspaper, because you will of course be creating little stainless steel clippings when you do that.After winding the length around the pipe, I also used the tip of my utility scissors to jam the stainless steel coil into the gap I was filling. The coil will lock with itself and present a rodent-proof mass to a frustrated mouse.

These scrubbers are about twice the size of similar scrubbers available at the grocery store. I received mine in early May and am still using the first half of one a month later and it's still going strong. Since these are so large, I cut the scrubber in half and have been using half of it. It powers through stuck on, burnt on gunk on all my stainless pans.The price is much better than the grocery store. These are about a buck a piece and for how long they last, it's a great deal, Since I cut them in half, they'll last twice as long too. I shouldn't have to order any more for a couple of years.I also like that they are individually wrapped so they don't get tangled together in the package.

This steel wool is perfect for getting tough stains out of oven and racks. They last a long time and its so easy to rinse the grime from them. I work for a cleaning company and i get a lot of use from these. Very happy with this product
