Great for tri fold towels, missing pieces to keep it closed.
I don't have any of the pieces to keep the lid shut, so I am using tape. It works, but it is disappointing such a cheap component of this unit was not included.

seems good quality
I have used this in my work near a sink and seems to function as expected, allowing a pull to release one multi folded towel to be released. Looks nice. I think the only thing needed is a recording of a kind voice that after two towels pulled quickly it says, " that's probably enough."
