As a mobile notary/signing agent, I sometimes am transporting more than one set of real estate transaction documents. I purchased this to not only keep them neat and professional looking, but to keep them separated. I have the added benefit of being able to keep other notary documents that I might need on hand.

It broke.The buckle is held on with plastic rivets.One of them broke and the buckle is barely held on

It's crazy how hard it is to find folders or organizers for 8.5" x 14" printouts. This is really the best option I was able to find in big box stores or online at a reasonable price. I got the white one and it looks good. The outside is rigid and will easily shed water and can be cleaned if you get anything on it. The card slot is a nice touch for labeling or personal info. Hand is nice and seems of good quality. Internal dividers are medium thickness and should hold up well for moderate use. Pockets are large enough to accommodate 8.5"x14" without issue. Fits my need and the price was reasonable.

I like it, the only thing that could be worked on is the handle, after a week of using it, the handle broke.
