Awesome for beginners
Exactly what I was looking for, great for someone who does really know what their doing when it comes to lifting weights

Nice size and great instruction.
These cards are pocket sized - like a deck of cards. I was looking for some sort of instruction that is portable. I also want to start resistant training and have the tools but not sure at all how to do the exercises. These cards are very helpful, as they tell you how to do the exercise with a guide card and what everyone on the card means. They provide a warm up card too. On the exercise cards, they show you the start and finish picture, what part of the body this exercise works on, instructions on how to do the exercise on the back, along with how reps if you are starting, medium or advanced. Great price and am happy I have these to help me do these exercises.

Great idea
I can never remember what dum bell exercises to do. These cards are great. I pick out what ones I want to do and have something different every day

Great but really small
I really like these cards - they give a good overview of the exercise on one side and the other side explains what muscles are used, how many reps, etc. I also like that they are broken out into groups like upper body, lower body, core, and whole body. I took a couple stars away because they are REALLY small - like playing card size - and it makes for difficult reading when you are just trying to shuffle and find a card quickly. I wish they were bigger. My other issue is I feel like the pictures are backwards - if you look, step 1 is at the bottom, step 2 is above, and then step 3 is at the top of the card. It took a few minutes of staring at it to figure out it was backwards (I couldn't figure out how they started in that position LOL). I feel like step 1 should be at the top, then step 2 under, and finally step 3 is on the bottom. (Maybe that's me?! Maybe I'm backwards LOL)

Fantastic Price for Fitness!
I *love* these cards and I've only had them for a day!There are 52 cards and each card has a different exercise on it. The front of each card lists the exercise with a demonstration how to do it, the back of the card writes out the instructions and shows which muscles the exercise engages. They also list the suggested number of repetitions for beginner, intermediate and advanced.Full disclosure: I get bored easily and I tend to dread workouts if I know ahead of time what they entail. So sticking to a pre-planned routine or doing the same workout video over and over just doesn't work for me.These cards add *fun* and *variety* to my workouts. I simply 'deal' myself four or more cards and -BAM!- I've got a random workout I can do! I'm going to use these every day. The price is fantastic and I hope that the maker produces other decks, maybe one for kettlebells or stability balls.
