The media could not be loaded. Easy set up. Beautiful and tranquil. Sits pretty on my office desk at work. Not hearing the motor, water flow is gentle.Update:Still working well. I have found that when I hear the motor, it is because there is not enough water, so fill that baby up. If you rearrange the stones you will definitely hear the trickle much louder. For example, I have one stone at the mouth of the top pool, and about 4 stones in the 3rd (bottom) pool. So serene! It's a talking piece at work.

I loved the light and spinning glass globe! I was going to return it due to it's size but found a nice spot for it. Then I woke up one day this week and it was dark and not working. I've tried everything. It just stopped working. I'm very disappointed and really would either like my money back or a replacement.

Very very pretty and an easy addition to any deck setup. The glass ball did break on me (after a very very short fall, like 5 inches or so, but it is glass so I'm not complaining). I sent a support ticket and, if their included pamphlet is anything to believe, I should have no problem getting a new one. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 star is this weird muted whirring noise that the pump makes. I love the sound that the water makes as it drips down the fountain but the motor noise completely overpowers it. It is quiet so if you have headphones or literally any audio playing it's unnoticeable.

Although it is very small, it is a cute little fountain. I like the amount of water flow and water sound. However, I got this yesterday and set it up. Ball did spin for a few minutes then stopped spinning. Pump is on highest setting, water level is full, I have started the ball spinning manually several times but it stops. I have had other fountains with spinning balls so I know how it should work. I still like it and will keep it but I wish the ball would spin.

This fountain works great. Still running after these few months. The bottom has a little leak but I put a tape on it & it is still working.

I tried out 3 different tabletop fountains on amazon so you don't have to!Along with this one, I also tried out the Homedics 3 tier fountain and the Peaktop PT-TF0001. This one arrived very easy to assemble. The orb on the top is also really pretty, and has no issues rotating really quickly as the water goes down. That's about where the positives end for this. This fountain is SO LOUD. Water noise? None. Motor noise? Louder than anything ever!I ran this for 24 hours straight just to see if the motor would get quiet, but it just got louder and louder. Both the Homedics and Peaktop fountains have silent motors. If I had to pick one over all 3 of these, it would be the Homedics fountain since it looks the most modern out of all of them. However, if you are looking for a similar fountain to this one (minus the orb), the Peaktop works as a great substitute with a very quiet motor. Hope this helps anyone!

The media could not be loaded. It definitely relaxing..... I put it in my bathroom. However I couldn't figure out how to get it to light up with the changing colorss.....and mind unfortunately didn't come with a ball.

It was relatively easy to set up. It is 110v however and so I have to use a transformer in australia. I cannot get the lamp to show through to the top of the fountain where the ball revolves. Not sure if there is a trick to this? I tried a few placings underneath but while the lamp is on, you cannot see it in the ball at the top as shown in the picture.
