Not something I’ve ever come across prior.. I’ve seen the idea of 100 fav.’s or top choices.. only I’ve seen it done in a “retiree” version- Im not certain if these would be the same destinations as I’m guessing probably a good handful of them could be? Tbh, I do wish there was an uncovered version.. One that the buyer could have a glimpse at for confidence in what they’re purchasing.. Yes! I’ve also seen the US map and find this trio very nicely done… A set that could be displayed in unison or separately- it definitely provides options!For a price point of $55 it’s on par with a single map x 3 for all included. The embossed gold and black is very universal for most decor- I’d consider it unisex.. however, it tends to hold a more masculine feel- it has a “stately” type vibe and would make a great addition to any office or man cave! In a living room- it may look a little off or in between as states or squares are being removed- but, truly it’s all part of the fun!All inclusive… Even includes the nifty gadget to remove foil! My one dislike is how tightly wound up these are- as it will take a hefty amount of undoing or, permanent tacking down to release the bend! No damage is seen to the foil overlay just the nuisance to lay flat. Makes a great gift for any with ample wonderlust, recent College grad, retiree, or.. newlywed couple who’ve got the world at their fingertips waiting to be conquered! As advertised. Well made and what I expected

Received a tube without a top cap, but all the items were present and in "never before used" condition.Looks *almost* like in pictures. There is no New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, WV, 2020 on the National Parks poster (see attached picture, on the product page the last line has 3 parks, mine - 2)US map misses the same NP both in state and on a line below the map. (pics 2 and 3). It's present on product pictures.White "stains" near Alaska and Hawaii (pic 4) are some paint defects because they're not on top of a picture. Looks like they are below a glossy layer.Pretty lousy gift for $55

These scratch off posters are made on thick glossy paper. The scratch off surfaces are well applied with no errant scratches or offsets that would expose any of the pictures underneath. As directed in the instructions, it is necessary to reverse roll them for a while to help flatten them out.These are perfect for travelers who take their time and see a great deal of the Unites States. While they probably wouldn't want to take these with them, each time they return home they can scratch off their latest places. Alternatively, these would be great for the friends and family of a traveler who wants to follow along. As each state or park is visited, they can scratch off the appropriate surface.For me, I can't travel as much I used to so I'm taking it slow and as I scratch off each state or park, I'm taking the time to reminisce about my time in those places.The one thing I don't like is how messy all the scratched off material gets everywhere. It's not unexpected but still annoying.I was a bit confused when I scratched off my first state. I just happened to pick Massachusetts which happens to be the same color as the scratch off gold. As I've scratched off other states, they have been showing other colors and I look forward to seeing what it will eventually look like.

I love this type of poster! It's always fun marking off states or countries as I go. Great for those with wanderlust in your lives as a gift.

These maps are very expensive! They come in a pack and although they are a good quality they are very very expensive compared to others

We're geocachers. As such we have a challenge to visit and find a geocache in each state. I wanted something with which to "collect" the states. Each of these is perfect in its own way. The 100 places give us additional travel goals. We mostly already end up in a National Park on each trip. And we can scratch off all the states we've already been to together. I scratched Savannah off to see how it looks. It's a somewhat generic but identifiable picture of the tree lined path in Forsyth Park.The posters are nice and thick with good color, both gold/black and underneath. They included a pick to scratch with, thumb tacks and stick pins, an eraser and a microfiber cloth; all of which are very nice additions.A great gift, well packaged and accessorized. Or a great way to memorialize memories.
