I had a Gastric by pass, so I will eventually get into it. In the mean time, 3X....at 300, is still to small, you need at least a 4X. Another 20 or 30 lbs, and I will beble to get into it. I lose about 10 pounds a month, and it won't take too long.

Used these before but with the added velcro straps gives extra support. It is tight like others say but thats the purpose of these. Suck in ur gut a tad to get the zipper going then you're good. Sweat well and without the heat rash that has developed before. I've used without a shirt and with a skin tight cooling shirt to go with it so you can get the sweat going but also a cooling sensation while moving.

I like it, it works and fits well but it comes with a funky smell. Washed it twice but still smells like a factory. Maybe in a few more washes it will go away.

The vest is not as supportive as described or their a defect in the material. The vest fits perfectly, but after 3 or more wears the vest begin to tear at the seams. Please refund me or send me a more supportive vest of the size that will not tear in 2 weeks.

I was skeptical at first because the other waist trainers are cheaply made but this one is really good. Caution, Do not buy according to your current size shirt. Order 2 sizes smaller. You want it to fit snug so that you can get the benefits from it. (Ex: I wrote a size 2xl and had to order a size large. One month later I’ve ordered a size medium because I lost over 20 pounds.) Don’t be afraid of the snug fit! You want to sweat and burn fat, right? Order it…you won’t be disappointed!

Not going to lie. I got the 5x thinking thats the right size for me. When i first got it I couldn’t even zip it. But as I wore it wit the straps and un zipped. After an hour i was able to fully wear it. Its very comfortable and now that i wore it thru a full shift as a cook! Its really gets me sweatin! Running is even better results
