Comes flat in a pancake
Doesn’t hold its shape, doesn’t look anything like the picture advertised, ‘roof’ doesn’t stay up. It is soft however its really flat, definitely not worth the money you will be disappointed. Loads of reviews saying it’s all good but trust me it really isn’t

Not sturdy.
If you’re looking for the hooded part to remain upright, move along and keep looking as it’s very flimsy. I’m looking for a bed that’s hooded/ sturdy where my chihuahua can hide/ relax/ be covered without fighting it. Very disappointed.

Not quite what ordered
I actually quite like the bed. HOWEVER it does not hold its shape and it definitely does not have two layers of interior filler...it's just filled with the normal fluff like other beds. The reason I bought to was to get a firmer bed...this is just not what was described

It's not firm, hood is not holding up.
From the shape point of view, looks like it's been used for a while and became flacky
