Believe it or not, I had trouble operating a gas cap, couldn’t get it off or on easily as a gas cap should. Returned the first one I got. Second seems to work better. Creates a really tight seal for my 56 Chevy that is prone to leaking fuel from the cap. (Vapor lock) . This one you can easily relieve to pressure by cocking it to one side before removing the cap.

Worth it!
I have this on my 63 Galaxie and I do feel better knowing that my tank has a lockable cap as the price of gas these days is up and I don’t have to worry about someone syphining the tank.

wrong item
received a black rubber fuel cap instead of the metal one on the pictures. it did fit on my 71 ford. 2/5 dont recommend.
