Yea, this thing is apparently the real deal. Its NOT that kind with the pealy "aluminum foil" inside! This one is nice and ROOMY, plus overall thoughtfully designed and manufactured properly in my opinion. So far so good anyway (love the internal removable drinks holder! Nice touch). Been utilizing this product alot for the past few months (ie doodash, instacart, etc). Seems tough, durable. Crucial factor. Zipper good too. Room for improvement? I'd make it slightly thicker, as in a little better insulated. But that's just me. Another cool thing about this bag is I believe its the collapsable kind. Pretty sure.

This is my 2nd bag with this company/brand. It is stronger and insider liner does feel much safer than other brands. I normally used it for uber eats and doordash food delivery. My wife also used it for costco grocery shopping with like instacart. It is a great tool that you must have for food deliveries or shopping!

I like the bag but I didn’t get everything in the product description (the cup holder) would rate 5 stars but I’m gonna rate 1 for not coming with the cup holder.

The 3 ‘X’ on the product page indicating the size of this bag are well deserved. It is very large.For us, we needed a bag/carrier which will fit a good portion of our camping gear. And we didn’t want a solid case with solid cover. As you can see from the attached pictures, this bag fits the ask, and then some. We were able to put quite a lot in the bag, and given that these items are not too have, it should be easy for one person to carry it.I like its durability, because I tested it with a much heavier load of groceries. And I needed help to carry.The design with the different handle options makes it easy either way.It is very easy to clean, given its silver interior surface, and the additional can/cup carrier is a big bonus. We’re able to keep those upright.

Outstanding bag that works great for hot and cold items. Most of the time, I've transported hot items in this bag. After the first time using it, I did have to make something for the base. since it is not rigid enough for my needs. I usually transport my hot items in half pans. When you have two half pans across the bottom, the bag will sag a little. I had an older delivery bag that had torn, so I used a port of it and wrapped it around some 1/4" ply. After that it was rigid enough not to sag and really did not add much to the weight. Other than that, this thing is huge and holds a ton of food, utensils, napkins, etc.. Couldn't be happier!

I ordered this for my son who delivers food for one of the popular services. He had a couple of smaller bags, but he wanted one that held more items.This bag is huge, and it holds a lot of stuff. It folds up pretty compactly, but it’s really big when opened up.It does a great job at keeping things hot while he’s making his deliveries, but he needs to keep a folded towel inside the box. Since it zippers closed and seals pretty well, steam from the hot food can condense and it can get wet inside the sides. A towel does a pretty good job at absorbing this moisture. It’s easy to clean every day when he returns home.All in all, it’s a great bag for keeping things hot or cold while you travel with it.

This bag is great. The insulation is thick & the bag is sturdy. So far so good. I am happy. I wish for the price it came with 2 though.

We bought this bag primarily for bulk shopping runs. Previously, our frozen food items were thawing out by the time we got home. This bag is nice and big. Even the packing person at the checkout commented on the size. It allowed us to get all our freezer goods inside and our refrigerator items too. Everything was still frozen by the time we got back indoors.It would work equally well for picnics on a family day out, especially if you have a large group.

This is my 2nd delivery bag with homemell. Quality is probably one of the best in market. It is tough built and large capacity. The liners inside feel much better and there is NO chemical smell at all.This new bag also comes with portable drink carrier. You can remove it if you have a large pizza order. The drink carrier is a life saver if you do food delivery in places like downtown where you get a lot of starbucks orders (trust me people aren't even willing to go downstairs to get their own coffee)

Have been using it for a few weeks almost daily, good quality overall, sturdy, this is the second time buying this brand, love the removable drink/bottle holders. Lots of space, materials used seems pretty good at keeping food inside hot/cold.

Great bag for deliveries bottom not sturdy but cardboard on bottom will help great bag for price
