It’s oh so good!
This is one of the best cold brew coffees I’ve ever made or had. (Be sure to use two of the coffee bags.)It tastes just like cold brew should taste, both strong or concentrated and mellow. I love the dark roast undertones. It’s a great value for the money too, since you’d most likely pay $5 for one serving of cold brew at a coffeehouse.

Great cold brew
This cold brew has a great smooth flavor and has a slight sweetness to it. It was a great replacement for my Starbucks cold brew pitcher packs, that I can no longer find. Just be cautious to not squeeze the bags too hard, or the bag will break.

Bitter
Taste lacked a full flavor, and was way too bitter. Having better brewing instructions would have saved this product

NOt Strong Enough, Not a Good Value
NOt Strong Enough, You have to use 2 Bags so 5$ a picture is higher than buying concentrate or making it yourself using bags

Half the packs were ripped inside
Half the packs were ripped inside and the package is not resealable. I’m not making 10 pitchers at once.

Great coffee, no directions on packaging
My husband and I drink iced coffee every morning so we’re excited to try these DIY cold brew packets. The product comes in a paper packet that is resealable and has a vent that keeps the coffee fresh inside. These will be gone quickly in our house, so I can’t speak to how long they would stay fresh in there! The packet contains 4 cold brew packs. These long and feel like giant teabags and work in a similar way!We looked all over the package and couldn’t see any instructions so we came to the product page. The instructions on the product page were still a little ambiguous, just saying that you should put 2 packs (teabags) in a pitcher with water for 20-24 hours. It wasn’t clear how big of a pitcher was appropriate, what temperature water to use, or whether the brewing should be done in the fridge or at room temperature. Based on our internet search suggesting an average pitcher was 8 cups, we decided to use one coffee pack in a 4 cup (32oz) mason jar with room temperature water and brew in the fridge. We left it a little longer than the recommended range but it came out great - strong and flavorful but not acidic at all. I would caution against the narrower mouth jars as the bag swelled inside so we broke it trying to get it back out through the mouth of the jar and had to run the coffee through a sieve. With this amount of water, our single coffee pack made two very generous ice coffee servings (or three smaller ones). This comes out to $1-$1.50 per coffee. For the great taste, I think this is definitely worth it. I would order these again now that I have a better idea of how to go about making them!

Yummy and convenient, but needs clearer instructions
Using this coffee is a super convenient and mess free way to make a cold brew.It also has a lovely aroma and the filter bags I received were very fresh, with a best by date over 6 months away. The only reason I did not give this a full five stars is because the instructions as far too ambiguous. They tell you to place two filter bag in a pitcher, so you get 2 pitchers worth of coffee in each resealable bag.At the current price, that comes out to $5.50 a pitcher, which is not bad consider it is clearly quality coffee and the filter bags make the brewing process about as easy and consistent as it can be.The trouble of course being is they give you absolutely no guidance regarding the size of the pitcher you are meant to use.I literally have beverage containers I use that range from a quart to two and a half gallons, so what you get in terms of the coffee you produce could range from too strong to too weak. For example, I selected my favorite glass pitcher to try my filter bag on; alas, the two bags took up a lot of space in the pitcher and the resulting coffee was delicious, but much stronger than I would have liked.Basically, I feel like a clearer indication of the recommended amount of water needed to brew each filter pack, or pair of filter packs, would save consumers a of trial and error.I sincerely hope the makers of this coffee consider updating their package and the product page with more specific guidance regarding the recommended water to filter pack ratio; particularly since, in every other respect, they have a very high quality product which can make brewing iced coffee at home extremely simple and easy to clean up after.
