Simplex 60- Hefty, quality, and value
Simplex 60 with blue soft face and harder black standup face is a great all around mallet to persuade work in place. This is a fairly heavy mallet for one handed swinging, so keep that in mind if you have arthritis or not so strong wrist/forearm strength. Each bump makes pavers/heavy wood framing/etc move. Nice fit and finish for the money- blue face is 100% non-maring, black face leaves a shadow but not bad at all. Highly recommend for general medium duty setting tasks.
