The go to book for the Aromatherapy novice
A brilliantly detailed, yet understandable book for anyone who knows little about Aromatherapy. The author obviously has great knowledge on the subject and this is expressed in an easy to follow manner throughout the chapters. There are pages dedicated to the reader allowing them to write out their own blends and recipes which is very helpful. I especially enjoyed the fact that it was aimed to support mental wellbeing as it may not be a tool that has been considered for this purpose before. Very insightful.
