These work great for some people. The only problem for me is they were too big for my mouth. It actually cut my outter gums at the top. But I have a small mouth. Some others playing said they would prefer the smaller size as well. Then there were others who did not complain. The mouth pieces that come with the game are a little smaller than these. I'd say if you have a lot of people playing this might be a good option for those who have big mouths. You do get a lot for the money. They are very sturdy but also flexible enough to get in and out easily.

These are the same inserts as the game, I just thought I was actually ordering the game (the original photo showed the box in the background) so I was a little surprised when they just came in a plastic bag. No bother though, a good time was still had by all. I will say though, have some chapstick on hand!

If you're looking to take really funny pictures then these are great! They're actually pretty comfortable too. Unfortunately, they are too flexible and they are not good for Speak Out type games. They just don't restrict your mouth movement enough to "garble" your sentences.

These are great for large gatherings. My son already had the game Speak Out, however we were expecting fifteen for Christmas and wanted to play. Although the game came with several mouth pieces we needed more. This product certainly filled the bill. It arrived quickly and was exactly what was expected. Thanks for offering additional pieces without having to buy a new game!

Awesome! Bought as fillers for the Speak Out game. They work great! Get the bigger ones, though. The smaller ones don't stretch the mouth as wide.

These retractors are far sturdier and of much better quality than the ones I received with my game. Makes for more difficult pronunciations of some words and one heck of a lot more laughs.

Bought these to add to my Speak Out game, so there are enough retractors for a larger group to play.These clean up easily in warm, soapy water. I tested a couple of them in my own mouth. There areno sharp edges or rough spots anywhere, and they're easier to place in your mouth than the game'soriginal retractors. And don't worry, the ones I tested I washed immediately afterward! These are sturdyand worth the money.

I was looking for additional cheek retractors for the game Speak Out. These weren't exactly the same, but worked for the purposes of the game. The edge towards your gums is a bit thicker than the original type for the game, making it a little bit more uncomfortable (at least for me). You only wear it for a couple minutes at a time while playing so it was fine.
