Slow to charge, does not support Qualcomm 2.0 fast charging as stated. I fully charged it (took many hours) and used it to recharge my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from 5%. It only made it to 95% before the pack was fully discharged. Cheap construction, ports are connected to a board inside that is loose. I returned it.

This does not support Qualcomm quick charge 2.0 according to my phone, when charging using this battery pack there's no indication of charging rapidly as when using other charging methods. It's slow to charge.

Like it. I got this product to use for a backup when the power goes out at home or when using mobile devices at a friend's house and needing a charge. The product looks sleek. The product was rated to be able to handle iPad, Kindle or similar.

There is no way this is 10,000 mah. My ravpower 5,400 mah charger will charge my galaxy S7 edge while this one only take it from 15% to 84% before giving out. Cheap price = cheap product.Not that it matters but the lettering on the charger was faded and the fit and finish is a bit rough.

It does everything it's supposed to do. I'm glad I bought it. It's a bit heavier than I thought it would be. My son has something similar that weighs half as much. If you're looking for something lightweight, you may not like it so much. Otherwise, it's very nice.

Works great, came already charged. 4 stars because it charges so incredibly slow, so if you're out and have it plugged in, don't plan on using it while it is, because it won't charge that well. I had my phone plugged in to this at 27% and in two hours it had only reached about 50%. What I like, and why I didn't take away anymore stars, is that it has a power button; that means that, when not in use, you can power it off and it'll hold it's charge until you need to use it. Others I've used don't have this future, and you constantly had to plug them in before a trip in case they may not be charged in order to charge your device! For this power button feature, and for the amount of energy it holds, I gave it 4 stars, and would recommend, although I'm sure there are much better power banks out there. Also, it is slim and is not heavy, so it's easy to leave in the glove box or keep in a purse.

The battery pack is amazing its not a skinny as I would it expect but it holds great charge. I use mine for pokemon Go and charges my Galaxy S5 about 4 times over. highly recommend getting a battery pack if you are playing pokemon go or ingress or any gps based gameI received this item at a discount or for free for my honest review
