Arrived quickly in a sturdy box. I completely filled three pint jars from the bag with enough left over to fill my shaker. The bag is flimsy, don't expect to store your MSG in the bag it came in. But I'm quite pleased with it. Definitely a great value at $10.99 for a 32.2 ounce bag.We both have differently restricted diets, Mom has to watch her sodium and I can't have fats, so MSG has become my magic wand in the kitchen. I love the way it pulls flavors out of EVERYTHING and makes anything I cook taste so much better. This is such a better value than the little shakers they sell at the grocery store.I absolutely recommend this.

If you are buying MSG, you probably know what's up. MSG is an amazing seasoning, particularly in tomato dishes in my opinion. I could give the scientific breakdown of why MSG is not harmful (in fact, it can have health benefits as people who use MSG often use less salt as a result, and MSG contains much less sodium than table salt), but if you won't listen to years of scientific research, then I won't waste my breath. Just try it, it's good stuff.

It's MSG, it's a (or at least should be) basic staple seasoning. This particular brand has longer rice-length grains that stick out more on food. I recommend it because it's the cheapest kind I've found on here (without being too big) and that's all that should matter for something as basic as MSG.

Will bring boring flavors to life! I use MSG in a lot of my dishes. It always gives food an added boost to their taste. I highly suggest this Monosodium Glutamate!

Large crystals, great flavor enhancements for your meals. Great value for the size. Depending on how much you use, this one bag could easily last you a year. Fantastic quality.
