I love this stuff!! Keeps you going through your workout & beyond. It's not racey like coffee or redbull. Your energy level stays at same level & the best part is you NEVER get sore from your workouts

I get a noticeable boost of energy when I use this product on long runs, in particular when I used some at the halfway point of my last marathon and felt completely reinvigorated. I am willing to accept that this may be completely psychosomatic or unique to my body chemistry in some way, but since it does work for me, I intend to keep using it and not look too deeply into the science (or lack thereof) behind it!

Amazing taste.... Both this and the VAAM plus.... Mixes very very easily.... Hot or cold water no issues..... Does not upset my stomach...... It does I think perk one up.... I think it is at worst a nice drink and at best seems to lift ones endurance to activities or even sustain you and your not needing to eat..... Overall a 5 and oh by the way it only took 3 weeks to arrive from Japan!!! So all very good

Just when you think you're out of energy it gives you a boost. Great stuff drink one almost every morning.

Not much energy.

This product does not give you a lot of energy. It's just gives you a little bit of energy. Not worth buying in my opinion and definitely not worth the price.

アミノ酸はタンパク質の分解により接種できます。VAAMはアミノ酸なので、分解する必要はなく、即座に吸収できます。運動しながら飲む場合、原理上は効果があるはずです。(定量的に実証してないので、実際の効果はわかりません)3000mg配合とは、含有しているアミノ酸の総量です。調べたところ、個々のアミノ酸は凡そ300mg以下の重量でした。アミノ酸の必要量は大体10mg/kg/日前後なので、60kgの方は600mg必要という計算になります。したがって、VAAMのアミノ酸含有量は過剰ではなく適切な範囲だと思います。本当に効果があるかは不明ですが、甘いスポーツ飲料を飲むよりは間違いなくVAAMがベターだと考えます。

兎に角筋肉痛が無くなります。体重も落ちるし、感染症の予防効果も有ります（個人の見解）お勧めします。
