Works great.
The first one stopped working after second time I used it. Emailed the company and the sent me another one.This one works very well. I use it everyday. I would definitely recommend.

It worked great - ONCE
I bought this in December. The first time I used it I thought it was wonderful - ignited easily and burned beautifully. The next time I tried to use it - in May - it did absolutely nothing. I verified the bottle is full but there is not even a slight hiss of escaping gas when I turn it on. I have emailed the company but I have lost confidence in the product.

Broke within 2 months
It broke within the first 2 months. Had to buy another.

stopped working after about 2 months.
just wont light anymore, the gas just does not flow. turn the knob and almost no hiss, or very minimal hissing. I would have returned it but it was just out side the return window.. I will just buy a better brand from now on.

I like the fact this model
I’ve had several of the Benzomatic ones and the one constant issue is the ignitor always goes out and the last one I had I specifically didn’t use it much and it still went bad and occasionally did work but not what I’d say was dependable. And the last one had a tiny thin plastic knob that broke off and luckily I could still turn the metal rod but it ended up seizing up for no apparent reason and I couldn’t undo it without destroying it as obviously it’s brass. This one has a much larger metal wheel which is way better. I don’t know how well the starter/ignition will last but this is better than the model many sold recently.

Absolute garbage! Don't waste your money!!!
Got this POS as a replacement for my 6-year-old Bernzomatic that I had left out in the rain one too many times, I guess, leading to hit-or-miss lighting. The "Flame King" worked 1 time for about 5 seconds and then nothing, no matter how many times I tried, even using a new blue bottle of Propane.Here's why I'll never, ever, buy a "Flame KIng" product ever again: I put my abused, old, barely working, Bernzomatic TB8000 torch head back on and it lit right up and kept burning for quite a while until I shut it off!!! Tried again and, you guessed it, it wouldn't auto-light but it did with a hand-held striker like it had been doing for a while.Grandpa said: "Quality is long remembered after the price is forgotten!" He was right!

Goes off all the time wont stay on
Does not stay lit Doesnt lite every time often goes out multiple strikes to try snd light it when you tilt it it goes out again reap pain i the ass
