Made three different types of ravioli the first try. Pasta dough is easy to make and easy to buy. Add some spinach and cheese or carmelized butternut squash with onion and walnuts and of course one with your favorite ground meat and seasonings.Super easy to use, lay the pasta dough on the metal stand, lay the plastic tray on top and press, take it off, add filling and then and the next layer of pasta and press with a rolling pin as you roll it which cuts and seals these little delicious pillows of joy! Toss on a floured tray while you make the rest and then cook or freeze them!Great product!

The aluminum material was lightweight and thin. Each square was indented deep enough to put in filling for making raviolis and wontons. Afterwards, I would just have to push the rolling pin over lid top to form individual pasta pieces. The aluminum scratched easily, so I think I would invest in a stainless steel-based tray instead.

The mention of it meeting the “maximum” lead requirement sort of puts me off. Why do you need lead? And the tray it self just seems kinda… leady? So I’m sort of nervous to use it. It seems to be the best one I can find on here, and does the trick decently, but my socks were not blown off.

Low cost, entry level pasta machine. As other reviewers mentioned, the cutting blades only perforate the pasta and then it needs to be completely separated by hand. I did google this and it could be an issue with the pasta-not the machine. Have only used it 3 times and am hopeful that upon perfecting a pasta recipe, we will have more favorable results. The clamp for the table does allow some wiggle of the machine during rolling. The dial feels like it could malfunction if it is not handled gently. I got what I paid for and am happy with it so far. If/when I become an expert, I'll then invest in a costlier and more sturdy machine.

My fave gnocchi board! It’s perfect & so easy to use!! Cleans up well in the sink, is super lightweight & comfortable to hold & work with..& you really can’t best this price!! So glad I got this to make my gnocchis with!!
