Sutras are designed to be decoded and Anand Mehrotra in his second book on Pantajali’s Yoga Sutras does a beautiful job again of enlivening the wisdom and bringing an ancient text to life through his interpretation of Padas 3 and 4. If you want to take a deep dive into the Vedic body of knowledge with a profound and relevant translation of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras I highly recommend this book.
