Excellent Product
My wife is very happy with these sheets. While the trays are fine for dehydrating larger pieces of product, these are ideal for liquids that are dehydrated down to fruit "leather". Being able to cut the individual sheets to size works well and is easily done.

They work perfect and are so easy to wipe off when finished
I don't have a rectangular dehydrator so I used one of my round trays as a pattern and cut out enough sheets for 8 round trays. They work perfect and are so easy to wipe off when finished. Sure beats using parchment paper. This is a really food product.
