First things first, what other reviews have said- The handles are a deep maroon, not purple like in the picture. Also, something I haven't seen brought up in other reviews is that the bag is the wrong color too- Instead of magenta, it's a dark purple. Despite this, the brushes are very soft and work excellently, and I can easily overlook the color thing for the price.Unfortunately, there's a bend in the end of the wide fan brush, but I'm unfamiliar with makeup brushes so it just as easily could be intentionally designed like that, and I will gladly add an extra star if that's the case! (In case it comes up, by the way, I did get all 16 brushes, I accidentally left two of them at my desk while taking pictures.)

They were listed as "Purple" and in the photo they are purple but when I ordered mine and they arrived they are RED, which I hate. Otherwise they are okay I just would NEVER have bought them if I had known the handles were red. They are so ugly. I hate red. I can't believe I paid money for something red.

Might as well have just put my money in trash to begin with.no joke,I literally threw this whole set in trash.yea they are super soft,almost silk like,but, and this could be me,but I couldn't get ANY makeup to apply or stay on them.i tried every single brush,in every type of product imaginable and they just were horrible.the case,oh please,cheap rubbery plastic like,idk.i waited to long on return and just tossed them.

Lovely brushes, my granddaughter loved them. The only thing about them was the smell of the roll up keeper. It had a strong smell, like polish remover. I hope once it's out in the air it will calm down. The brushes are wonderful, I highly recommend them. My granddaughter was excited to get them. Gave it my best chance. Misrepresented is an understatement. The color is red not purple. Nearly every brush is frayed. Most brushes are on the handle crocked . The case is of disposable quality and be extremely careful opening as the clasps tear from the case.3 of the shadow brushes are wonderful, lolIf I do not return this, it will be a toy for my kids while I am at my vanity.

Brushes are nice, however the handles are not purple as displayed. A little disappointed.

I loved how fast the shipping was! The only thing I didn’t like was that the handles of the brushes were red instead of purple as in the picture, but I got this as a gift to my sister and she loved it! I don’t think she used them as of yet, so hopefully she enjoys them!

These were a gift for my daughter. Her favorite color and she loves that they have a case to keep them in. They are very soft and fabulously colorful!

These brushes are beautiful and are soft but dense... however the smaller brushes are the flat packing brushes, you cant blend eyeshadow with them as they are wrong sort. I wanted to let you all know as I expected brushes i could use on my eyes

Doesn't match the colours on screen accurately enough, handles were long and red like repurposed paint brushes, and cheaply made. They work as brushes but I honestly don't know why they've got so many high ratings

These spectacular brushes are indeed amazing they are extremely soft and they are easy to use. I really really like the fan brush but every single brush like the foundation, powder, blush and also the detailing brush they are all fantastic to apply and nothing in my opinion is wrong with them.
