Great prop for my healing wrist
I used this wedge to support my wrists when doing planks and cat/cow poses. I had injured one of my wrists and the wedge has really helped me ease back into some of these positions without having to flatten my hand and bend the wrist so much. In addition, I have found that the wedge is actually a great prop to sit on when doing the wide-legged seated forward bend because it keeps my pelvis in the proper position so I don't cheat and round my back! It's really become easier since I started practicing with proper form. It was a nice surprise when I visited a yoga studio on vacation and they had this very same wedge! As if my positive personal experience shouldn't be enough, it really made me confident that I was using the right product!

Very narrow
I bought it for a guy, but it’s too narrow even for me. Considering cutting it into two halfs

Useful for overpronators!
Save your knees!Overpronators will get more out of poses once their overpronation is corrected by a wedge like this!

Works but slippery
I use this regularly when I do yoga, but it's not perfect. It's slippery, so it has to be under the yoga mat. I don't know how much more effective it is than just rolling up the edge of your mat. However, I use it, as I said, and it does eliminate a little bit of wrist pain.

too low, too slippery
I got this to help my wrist pain but I ended up not using this after all. The angle is not quite right to comfortably rest my wrist and the foam is way too slippery. I covered it with my yoga towel (which is also designed as non-slippery and anti-antiperspirant by Manduka) but it's height is too low anyway and my hands just slip on it. I instead used another wedge in my yoga studio which is made with cork and it worked perfectly. Too bad this wedge has to go to waste or donation.

Wrist Helper
Physical Therapist recommended bc stiff wrists make it hard to do quadriped exercises like cat/cow, planks, etc. The angle lifts the wrists so they don't have to bend to 90 degrees and I'm able to do the exercises. Sturdy and seems like it will last a while. Light enough to carry to yoga.

Helping with back exercises
My trainer recommended I use a wedge for the back exercises she was recommending. This is the brand at her studio. I checked out other brands for quality and price, and this seemed the best. It's working well so far.

Love it!
Absolutely what I was looking for! I saw people complaining about wedges sliding. This one doesn't. I had been dying to get one since switching yoga studios and I am so happy about this purchase! Recommend 100%! Perfectly rigid, could sit on it all day.
