This is a great charm of Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. I love the heart also. I just don’t like the sharp edges. I’m almost afraid to give it as a gift. I would hate for someone to get poked. The sharp edges really need to be softened up a bit. Much too dangerous. I do think it could be done without changing the look of the charm. I would definitely give it 5 stars if it weren’t for that.

The pendant itself is fine, looks exactly as pictured, but the chain it's on is very delicate. So delicate in fact that it broke on the first wearing. It lasted maybe 6 hours at home before it just fell apart. It appeared one the links was missing so it must have bent open or something. Either way, you get what you pay for. Be prepared to use a different chain to use with this pendant.

I like the pendant, but is heavy and very thick. I see what people mean about the sharp points on the tips. Maybe someone needs to smooth these before sending out? But a great idea, maybe not so thick.

I was worried these would be chintzy based on the price. I was pleasantly surprised! The necklace has a decent weight to it and the quality is decent. I bought two for gifts for my friends in the UK. They are wearing them everyday and so far the necklaces are holding up well.

I bought this as a novelty gift for one of my friends visiting from another country.The issue is the polished surface accumulates micro scratches way too easily with normal wear and touching.even with wiping with a microfiber cloth and lubrication, nothing seemed to prevent these micro scratches.

Very poor quality. Surface of pendant is scratched in several places and the striations in the metal give it a very cheap appearance. Not giftable.

Beautiful piece! Good quality and well made. But pay attention to the chain length. It isn't much longer than a choker on me. It is listed as 45 cm (almost 18") but, including the extender, is actually 16". This may present a problem for some. In fact, I bought one for a gift and will have to find a longer chain for that one. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again, just because of the quality, but I know others would have issue with the chain length.
