I purchased this book in order to have a monthly project to do with my kids. Learn a knot per month. Lots of photos. Easy to read. Pictures with more detail would have resulted with this getting a 5 star rating.

Easy read and good clear sketches

The book only showed the knots once they are finalized and fully tied. In some cases the author would show 1 intermediate step but I expected a step-by-step tying diagram and explanation. Another helpful explication would be to narrate ways of remembering the steps. Item was returned.
