Why does the title say key of c i thought chromatic harmonicas played on all or most keys? Is this real or just a bad title?

It plays all keys - a chromatic harmonica has all 12 notes in the chromatic octave, which covers every key.

"Key of C" means here that C is the 'default' key - you can play in the key of C without having to use the slide at all - same as playing only the white 
keys on a piano - because the key of C has no sharps or flats. For other keys, which include sharps or flats, you need to use the slide.

For example, if you want to play in the key of G, which has one sharp : F# - then you have to play F and use the slide to move up half a step to get to F#.
If you want to play in the key of F, which has one flat : Bb - then you have to play A and use the slide to move up half a step to get to Bb (same as A#).

The answer that says it only plays in C is wrong.

Is this one, Yutano Trading) an official suzuki and not a knockoff?

The one I purchased is the real instrument, not a copy. It has all the quality characteristics of a Suzuki, and even the case is high quality. The action is smooth and the sound is excellent. The fit of the parts is very tight and consistent.

Are these covered by warrenty?

Only if purchased from an authorized Suzuki dealer by a buyer located within the area covered by the dealer's Suzuki warranty system.  I've seen a lot of confusion about his in various reviews.  E.g., if you are in the US or Canada and having it shipped to you in those countries, purchase from an authorized US or Canadian dealer.  A dealer in China may be able to offer a lower price to a US buyer, but the Suzuki warranty may not cover the harmonica.  (I purchased a Suzuki baritone tremolo from an offshore dealer knowing that it would not come with a warranty, but the price made the risk acceptable, and the harmonica ended up being just fine.)
