I had high hopes for these, but they are mediocre at best. The design makes it a little difficult to replace the silicone top after filling (not much, but a bit). It also floats. Its too buoyant to keep the tea basket fully submerged which i thought was the point of haveing the long leaf top. It just lays on its side as the partially submerged mesh steeps. It does work. Just not as well as i had hoped.

This is the only small sized tea steeper with 0.3mm filter that I could find online. Others steepers have similar function, but they have bigger holes that let leaves and flowers escape into the tea. Since I like loose Rooibus tea, it is very important to me to have steepers with smallest holes possible. I didn't want to bother ordering disposable tea bags, and using this Olmesar steeper has worked out very well for me. I haven't had any problem using the product, and I think these will last a very long time. Easy to clean--I hand wash them, but I think you can throw these in the dishwasher if you want.

I really like this tea infuser. I wanted one with really tiny holes so the tea doesn't come out and these let nothing but little tiny particles out that float to the bottom and thats aren't going to make any difference in you drinking it. It isn't exactly mesh as is says, just a whole bunch of really tiny holes, so it works pretty much the same. It does float to the top and topple over in the mug, but this is because the inside of the silicone top is hollow so air gets trapped in there. I have tried squeezing it while it is in the water to get the air out and sometimes it works if you do it really fast and sometimes it lets a lot of the tea out of the infuser and you're left fishing out pieces out of the water lol. Overall I really like these infusers. They are good quality and I think they will last me a long time.

it works great for what I ordered it for. I got it to use for coffee on camping trips. If the mesh was as fine as the mesh in a reusable k-cup it'd be almost perfect. It is a little difficult to get it back together once adding the coffee or tea to the basket, but it's nothing that would discourage me from using it.

Works great. The holes are small enough to prevent leakage of any loose tea into the cup.

awesome tea infusers

These infusers work great for my rooibos tea. Four stars only because of the top seemed a little flimsy placing in the metal holder for the tea. However, really no problem, as I have other silicone tops that fit perfectly. Clean-up was a breeze if I do it the same day. I do have a tendency to wait a few days before clean up and that makes it somewhat difficult to get the tea leafs out of the metal holder, but that's my problem.
