Great quality. Sturdy, simple. Let’s be honest, most gym accessories are overpriced. These work well, for nice, and hold a lot of weight.

Some gorilla tape around the edge plates makes the fit a lot more snug and it doesn't move at all and feels really solid. Way better more solid than my previous jhooksThe only thing I didn't like was back of the jhook's U plastic piece should have been taller so the bar has more manvuer room and won't catch on the top of the plastic hook during a bench/squat re-rack. I easily fixed this by taking a spare female PC power plug, cutting cord off, and taping it to each side on top of the existing U with gorilla tape. This effectively extended the hard plastic to the very top of the jhook so the bar doesn't catch anymore when I'm benching/squatting. A little hacky but works great.

I bought a used rack from Fray Fitness. When I got home I noticed it had to left side J hooks with it. It was still usable that way but not as sturdy. So I looked and it is the best value with the wide opening that won't mess up your barbells. They are not as thick as the ones that came with my rack. So I wouldn't guarantee it would hold the 500lbs for each hook. But they would still hold the 400lb I would put on per pair with ease. They fit my 2x3" rack and they have the pin adapter to fit 1" hole racks. Mine has 5/8" hole so I use without that. They work great and they don't rub the numbers off on front of my rack also. For the price I couldn't beat them.

Had to adjust one of the mounts with a hammer and anvil, but once I did it worked fine. They were cheap, and I got what I paid for. No regrets.

Ordered this for my Inspire Fitness FPC1 cage as my barbell was a bit too short in sleeve length to fit on the provided J Hooks. These fit perfectly on the 3''x3'' and 1'' hole of the cage and is very solid. the hooks themselves are coated so it protects the barbell from scratches and is narrow enough to fit my smaller barbell yet very stable with heavier plates.Recommended!
