This shelf works exactly as advertised. I ordered two of these shelves and both were packaged and presented identically. I like the ability to adjust the height of this shelf and the 13" size works just as well as the 17" although that larger size does make a difference. The shelves are sturdy and attractive. I've already relocated them for where I'd intended them to go.

I am organizing the things in my RV and ordered four shelves for my bathroom cabinets. I love the stability each shelf offers AND the fact that the height is adjustable. Most importantly the depth of the shelf is perfect for the depth of my cabinet!

A little wonky to put together and not as sturdy as I would have liked but works fine

I have my doubts if this was new or if it was a returned item. However, with that said, I can understand why it would be returned. Wasn't exactly like I was thinking, it does go together though with a simple two ends plus 4 pieces to solidify those two ends and then 4 "feet" you put on... all in all though it feels cheap, I'm n to going to trust 30 pounds on it.However, with that said maybe with the extra things it actually makes it hardier than ones that don't have all that extra support.The thing I like the least is how the sides are, it really makes it so you have to have it with the width facing you. While I have made this work, I wish I had thought about that before I bought it as it does impact it's versatility.Why I think it was returned: There was a yellowish mark on the bottom between the border and the side that comes down, as well as two short hairs found on one of the white side holders (one on each side of one of them) and they weren't in the plastic that looks like they should've been in with the taped instructions on it.

These shelf organizers are terrific; I wonder how I ever made it without them! I ordered one and was so impressed I ordered three more and don't regret it for a minute. The four that I have are 13” wide which is wide enough to hold eight coffee mugs in a four by two configuration. In another cupboard, one is holding a 10-piece glass bowl set that weighs a tad over 10.5 pounds and there is no sagging to be seen. I could only give Four Stars on "Storage Capacity" because I wish they were a bit wider. But, honestly folks, if you try these, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

These hold quite a bit and make my cabinets hold twice as much as before. Even after using a few weeks, they aren't bending at all. They are easy to put together and adjust to the height you need.

This is perfect for an extra shelf. I am using it in my sewing room on top of a drawer unit and it works so nice because it is so adjustable that I can get larger things under it. Plus it looks so nice.

This item was bought to "double deck" mugs in a small cabinet. Happily, this shelf accomplishes the desired job. I lowered my "star" rating because no instructions were included, the method of expand-ability may or may not hold up over time, and the shelf expands only a bit in height and not at all in length.

I use my radiator in my bathroom as a shelf to store things on and I used this to raise my cosmetic products up away from the heat and to add an extra level of storage and it's absolutely perfect for what I wanted.

We use these in every cupboard. Bought this one for cupboard in the motorhome. Fits great and we can use the whole space in the crockery cupboard.

In the dimension information: 7.6D x 33W x 20.3H centimeters, "7.6D" is inch rather than cm. It does not fit the original place where I intended to use. I finally decided not to return because it is used in another place.
